"In your opinion, what would be a good bass cab to pair up with the Acoustic 370?"

The bassist for my good friends My Fictions has a 370, and I’ve heard him play it through an Ampeg 8x10 and a Peavey 2x15. One time, both. Another time, the Peavey 2x15 plus a Sunn 2x15. All configurations were stellar. As long as your selection can handle the wattage of the 370, it’ll come down to personal preference.
I’m sure a matching Acoustic cab (or two) would serve you well. When I got to record Touché Amoré live, I remember being impressed by the sound of an Acoustic head (maybe a 220?) with a matching 8x10. Can’t front on that.
